Chuck McLeester, Principal, Measured Marketing LLC
Chuck is a marketing strategist and analyst with 30+ years of experience in direct, relationship and digital marketing. His experience spans a variety of categories including financial services, pet products, travel/hospitality, publishing, and healthcare/pharmaceuticals. In 2012 he was named one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in the Health Sciences by PharmaVOICE. He consults with agencies and clients to develop measureable marketing initiatives that maximize ROI. He was a featured speaker at the Direct Marketing Association’s annual conference for 15 consecutive years, and as a college professor, has advised Collegiate ECHO teams that have won Gold, Silver, Bronze and Honorable Mentions in the national competition.

Julianne Herbster, Vice President, Strategy, Quattro
Julie leads strategic planning for Quattro and the company’s financial services, telecommunications and healthcare clients. She leverages over 20 years of marketing experience, and has held senior level agency and client side marketing positions. Prior to joining Quattro, Julie was an original member of the Senior Management Team to build LendingTree, where she spent 10 years in pivotal systems, sales, marketing and corporate development roles – moving the company from start up, to IPO, to the multi-market business that stands today. Julie sits on committees across several non-profit organizations and is actively involved in Q-Cares, the company’s philanthropic endeavor to give back to the Philadelphia community.

David Bailey, Vice President of Sales at Stirista Global
David has been involved in every aspect of direct response marketing throughout his career having worked at direct agencies, graphic design and printing firms, letttershops and data services companies. Now he uses his broad range of industry knowledge in the the digital marketing and interactive services space at Stirista.
Stirista is an original compiler of business and consumer email data enhanced with a stated goal ofd mapping every business and consumer with an email address. Their technology combines publicly available social media data with traditional direct marketing resources to provide one of the most comprehensive data platforms in the world.

Arly Iampietro, Associate Director of Online Optimization, Nutrisystem
Arly developed and leads a robust site testing program for continuous improvement. She is responsible for optimizing the website user experience, guiding customers through the conversion process to maximize lead conversion and revenue per customer. She also led the digital customer acquisition for Pets 360 (now part of PetSmart). In 2011 DM News named her one of “30 Under 30 Direct and Digital Marketers.” She started her career at Roska Healthcare Advertising pioneering digital strategies for pharma companies. She spends her spare time spoiling two highly indulged poodles and ruling local touch football leagues.

Kate Gomulka, Manager, Campaign Analytics & Digital Strategy, MayoSeitz Media
Kate has 8+ years of agency experience and she was instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics platform at MayoSeitz. She focuses her time on both a comprehensive campaign analytics offering and oversight of digital strategy on a variety of clients in industries such as travel/tourism, healthcare, retail, and finance. Kate is a graduate of Villanova University’s School of Business. 

Caleb Freeman, Director of Digital Strategy, Calcium USA
Caleb brings 9 years of search and digital strategy experience to Calcium on Rx brands for Astrazeneca, Pfizer, Abbvie, BMS, Teva and OTC brands at RB and Sun Pharma. He is passionate about solving for pain points along both the patient and HCP customer journey to create better health outcomes. In his free time he enjoys riding motorcycles, playing guitar, wakeboarding, and coding in Python.
